All Omega Assisted FSBO clients may upgrade to our Full Service, Flat Rate Realtor® Program at any time. We’ll credit your initial $950 FSBO Program payment toward the Full Service Realtor Flat Rate fee of $4900.

We will help you:

Maximize your profits by carefully reviewing each offer, using a net sheet to estimate your proceeds, and reviewing the mortgage status of the buyer to determine how likely the offer is to close.

Negotiate on your behalf by handling multiple offers and preparing counter-offers if necessary.

Secure the offer by accepting the buyer's deposit on your behalf and place it in escrow.

Complete all required disclosure and other forms. If you complete these in advance, we will scan them and attach them to your MLS listing.

Manage the details by coordinating all property inspections: pest, home, roof, septic, and any others, along with coordinating the appraisal for the buyer’s mortgage.

Proactively protect the sale by ensuring that all escrow instructions are completed and documents are prepared in time for closing.

Stay informed by making sure every step of the offer and closing process in clear and understandable.
